Yes. Every item offered by LuxVintageLisbon undergoes a careful authentication process before being made available for sale.
Each piece is individually inspected to verify craftsmanship, materials, and brand-specific details. We are committed to offering only authentic designer items and stand behind every piece available on our platform.
What condition are the items in?
All pieces are individually inspected before being listed.
As pre-owned items, they may show minor signs of wear consistent with previous use. Any visible imperfections will always be clearly described and photographed in the product listing to ensure full transparency.
We carefully select pieces based on their quality, condition, and timeless appeal.
Do you have only pre-owned items?
Yes. LuxVintageLisbon specializes in curated pre-owned luxury pieces.
Some items are in near-new condition, while others may show gentle signs of previous use. Each product page includes detailed photographs and a condition description to help you evaluate the item before purchasing.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery generally takes 1–3 business days within mainland Portugal and Spain, and slightly longer for island destinations.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If you are located elsewhere and are interested in one of our pieces, feel free to contact us. We may be able to arrange a special delivery depending on the destination.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is complimentary for orders above 400€.
For orders below this amount, a 15€ shipping fee applies. Shipping costs may vary slightly depending on the weight of the package. The exact amount will always be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
Can I reserve an item?
Due to the limited and unique nature of our pieces, items cannot usually be reserved.
