Return and Refund Policy – LuxVintageLisbon

 

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection law, customers purchasing online have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.

To exercise this right, customers must contact LuxVintageLisbon by email within this period.

Returned items must be:

• in the same condition as received
• unused and unaltered
• returned with all original packaging and accessories
• returned with any security tags still attached

If these conditions are not met, the return may be refused.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is significantly not as described.

Condition of Pre-Owned Items

LuxVintageLisbon sells pre-owned luxury goods. Signs of wear consistent with prior use may be present.

Examples may include:

• light scratches
• leather creasing
• hardware wear
• interior marks
• minor discoloration

These characteristics are considered normal for second-hand items and do not constitute defects.

Items Not as Described

If a customer believes the item received materially differs from the description, LuxVintageLisbon must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be asked to provide photographs or additional information.

If confirmed, LuxVintageLisbon will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a return and refund.
